Regarding the book, Switch, written by Dan and Chip Heath, I took a few notes from the book and thought I’d share.
I actually used this method in conversation today with my boss. The tips from this book actually got someone interested in a change. Inspirational. Now, I’m definitely withholding judgment because I believe change when I see it.
As Einstein said, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
